I'm a professional guitar tutor based in Leeds and I have been playing for over 25 years. I have a degree in creative music technology and also work as a home based guitar technician. I teach all levels and styles and all I ask is that students are keen to learn and dedicate time to practice between lessons. I charge £20 per hour or £15 for 45 minutes. I view each student as individually unique and promise to help you achieve your musical goals.

Great guitarist and all round nice guy! I've been taking lessons for 6 months + now and I can't of imagined I would have reached this standard. Baz understands the importance of having that one hour lesson and no time is ever wasted like I felt it has been with previous teachers. He is not just watching you play stuff out of a book and correcting you.
Thanks

Business overview I have been teaching guitar since I was18 and have taught clients of all ages (from 4 years to 80 years). From my mid 20s I also began to teach bass Guitar and keyboards. I teach the art of playing the guitar but can tailor the structure of the lessons to suite the student so I can focus on a particular style of playing or a particular aspect of playing such as rhythm playing, finger picking or improvisation etc.

Pob Butterscotch
First class guitar tutor. Sion is extremely patient, and always has suggestions as to what to learn next, and what to practice at home. He always remembers to contact me to arrange a lesson, and is extremely accommodating with which days and times he can offer, which is invaluable as I work shifts and can’t make regular appointments. Highly recommended.

I've been to quite a few guitar teachers over the years and finding a good one is a hit and miss affair. Mostly misses to be honest, there's a lot of hacks out there. Graham is another league entirely however. Apart from being an amazing player he has the knack of explaining everything in clear and simple terms. My playing has improved massively. Strongly recommended.

John is a great teacher. On my first lesson, which was free, we covered exactly were I was with my playing and were I want to be in a few years time. He assessed my equipment and playing and recommended exactly what he intended doing with our time. Since I started taking lessons my playing has come on leaps and bounds. We run scales and techniques and each week I come away with some 'homework' and the feeling I have accomplished something during the lesson.
