Great service from the outset. We agreed a day and time. Paul reconfirmed the day before and arrived at the agreed time. We agreed a price (and in fact Paul charged me a little less than that agreed price). Paul worked quickly and efficiently and solved the problem. He also gave me advice re turning off mains water. I would recommend Paul without hesitation.

He was very professional, talked us through what he had to do and why. He also noticed some other issues with the instulation under the sink and made that right. It felt like he enjoyed his job and is willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I would hire him again in the future.
