I hired COULLarchitecture to design a side return extension for my house which is a Victorian terrace in a conservation area. I am pleased with the outcome as we got planning permission. Charles was the only architect I interviewed who took the time to find out how we used the space in our home before going on to discuss the design. I asked Charles to make various revisions to the design along the way as I changed my mind about what I wanted and he was always happy to do this. He is a very hard working architect, very pleasant to deal with and very experienced. He is a good communicator and always answers his phone when you call him or calls you back the same day if he is busy. He is very client led; he never exerted pressure on me to do anything I was not keen on but was forthcoming with ideas when asked. He did a great design at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend him.

Debra worked with us on our kitchen extension and loft remodeling, planning the work as well as managing the project with the builders. Throughout, we really valued her thoughtful and thorough approach. We felt that she guided us while also being guided by what we wanted, using her experience and expertise to help us realize the project in the way that we envisaged it, steering us away from things that wouldn't work and helping us to meet all the various planning requirements. Throughout, she was a calm and friendly presence and it was always a pleasure to see her, and she also had a great relationship with the builders. We love what she helped bring to fruition in our house.

When looking for an Architect I did lots and lots of research before appointing Bluelime. They had great reviews and their projects looked beautifully designed. The key for me was the fact they could design and then also complete the build, I am a doctor in the NHS so needed the additional support throughout the entire process of designing/planning/building to help me get my project completed.
