Our 100 year old apartment block in Mosman had some serious structural issues and we engaged IA engineering to do the major repairs. The job was done to a very high standard and the contractors kept the work site clean, were professional and courteous at all times. The job was done on time and to budget. They project managed the work overseeing suppliers, building team and Council certifiers. They worked with integrity with great attention to detail with regular communications with us. I contacted IA Engineering to rectify an issue with a dirt embankment under my house, I'm recently widowed so organising to get quotes and to determine the best course of action was a daunting task. IA Engineering responded very promptly to my request for an engineer report and came out very quickly and discussed the issue. I was then provided with 3 options and each was fully explained. Once it was decided everything moved very quickly given the structural issues and risk of further erosion with the rain. The job was completed, I was kept informed at all times and even though it took longer than originally estimated they did not increase their estimate when it came time to paying the final payment. The men who worked here were very helpful and trustworthy, at times I had to leave them here working on there own and it was never an issue. I would definitely recommend IA Engineering. More...

Iman, Zoe and the entire team at AI ENGINEERING have gone above and beyond and we could not recommend them more highly. We had a collapsing retaining wall on the Northern Beaches. The council are notoriously demanding but this stress and hassle was made minimal as Zoe took over all the communications and the entire team prepared all the many reports. They have been so accommodating throughout the process. Communication has been excellent weekdays and weekends.
