What do you love most about your job?
What we love most at Halo Journey is being invited into the real moments of people’s lives. Even though we work fully online and support clients across Australia, every conversation feels personal and meaningful. We get to sit with people as they find clarity, breathe a little easier or feel understood in a way they have not felt for a long time.
We love the small shifts. The softening in someone’s voice when they feel heard. The moment a couple reconnects. The relief that comes when something finally makes sense. These moments remind us why this work matters.
We also love that every person brings their own story and their own pace. No two journeys look the same, and it is a privilege to walk alongside people wherever they are, whether they live in a busy city or a quiet regional town.
Most of all, we love knowing that support can still feel warm, safe and deeply human, even through a screen. Being able to offer that connection is something we feel genuinely honoured to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Halo Journey started with two people who wanted to make a real, positive difference in people’s lives. We’ve both spent years helping others through tough situations, and we kept seeing the same problem—people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. Whether it was families in conflict, individuals struggling with personal growth, or workplaces dealing with tension, we knew there had to be a better way to support people through life’s challenges.
We created Halo Journey to offer genuine, compassionate, and professional support—without the barriers of high costs, long wait times, or rigid business hours. That’s why we’re completely online, with after-hours and weekend availability, so people can get the help they need, when and where it works for them.
For us, this isn’t just a business—it’s our passion. We believe that with the right guidance, every person can find clarity, resolution, and a way forward. And that’s what Halo Journey is all about.
