Where do you start.. Extremely poor management. Team leader working extended hours to benefit her own pocket working up to and over 15 hour days, which as a team leaded they shouldn't be working any more than 10 due to burn out which results in very poor care to participants which has clearly been shown. There are days where participants not being cared for and still being charged.Careers often just take participants to their personal address and continue doing their own daily chores instead of engaging with the client.Participants have reported to me that careers would often just sit and look at their phones and not engage to the point of just falling asleep on the couch.A client had cried to me multiple times expressing she feels as though nobody cares about her as she is often left waiting for someone to turn up and is not even notified when they dont have a care worker.I raised multiple issues and their way of resolving issues is to, simply remove you from shiftcare access, remove all shifts, remove access to any rosters and messages and totally ignore you even after asking for thing in writing.There have also been reports of management invoicing days that participants aren't even being cared for.They treat people that actually care like garbage and just strive to get as much out of the NDIS as possible.Horrible service and terrible management.I would NOT recommend Care 4 You to care for any of your loved ones.*Honest review as I've seen it first hand and am suffering from the very poor management and treatment given.
