What I love most is helping business owners gain clarity and confidence around their people and their business. What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in HR and then coaching for many years, I saw how often small and medium business owners were left without practical, tailored support. Many didn’t need corporate-style HR solutions — they needed someone who understood their reality and could help them think strategically while also fixing the day-to-day issues. I started my business to bridge that gap: combining business coaching, HR expertise, and real-world experience to help owners build sustainable, people-focused businesses.

For business coaching and strategic reviews, I’ve found that in-person or hybrid delivery creates better outcomes, particularly when working on leadership, clarity, and decision-making. Where possible, I travel to my clients and combine face-to-face sessions with remote check-ins and follow-ups.
