Dealing with Lockie was great, and the photobooth had some fun options. Unfortunately the person who ran the booth couldn't figure out how to actually get the printer working, and played the victim more than she was willing to take responsibility and call a colleague for some help. She also complained about how she had been working all day at her other job. She was a nice girl and we ended up enjoying our session; once her stress subsided, her mood improved she was great. But she wasn't very professional at the beginning of the night and we ended up receiving a few complaints from some of our guests over the following days. Lockie ended up posting the print outs to us, but we weren't able to distribute them easily to the wedding guests at that stage, and by not having print outs on the night, the guest book became quite useless. Lockie was very apologetic and I would be interested in using this service again, after all the stuff ups I do feel like those lessons were learned, it just sucks that it was at our expense. Also, we had a custom template done up for us, we didn't really like how they executed it at first, but after collaborating with us and making some changes, they used it and we were very happy with the result. This is a great company, I know I complained alot, but in the end I was still happy that we used the service. Lockie is great with his communication, and he has a willingness to work with you to ensure the package you set up is exactly what you are looking for.
