Working with Vicki has been great, and it's not over yet! I thought I had a reasonable handle on my nutrition - I thought it was my alcohol intake and lack of exercise that was keeping in the overweight state I was in - but Vicki has taught me a lot how different foods interact with both my body and my mind. I have learnt how my body reacts to different types foods and I now have some insight into how it used to react to "bad" foods and how much of my intake was emotional eating. In 6 weeks I've lost 4kg's, dropped size, learnt to identify and control my cravings , had a major reduction in pain and have a much better general overall sense of well being - all without doing any strenuous exercise (which I can't do due to a health condition). Keeping a food diary and the weekly online face-to-face check-ins are helpful for not only keeping me on track, but also for motivation as I review my progress. Vicki's not re-inventing the wheel, but neither is she promising a miracle - it's a simple, positive, easy-to-follow program that is helping me look and fel better than I have in years. Can't recommend enough!!
