I provide effective, compassionate, and individually-tailored counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching for people looking for positive change in their lives.
I work with people who want to overcome or work through a specific issue or problem, as well as people who want to make more broad changes. With a caring, empathic approach I counsel and coach people through difficult times and change.
I also work with people who are doing well but want a greater sense of meaning and fulfilment in life. This Life Coaching helps people progress from "ok" or "good", to "great!" and is also an excellent way to build on the positive changes people make during counselling and psychotherapy.

I work directly with Rob Kirby in the USA to provide you with these latest therapies.
Rob and I have helped hundreds of individuals and couples in Australia and Worldwide.
The main therapist in Australia is Sha Ali (NSW).
Over the last 10 years Sha has run workshops - Heartfelt Relationships and helped many clients one on one in Australia using the most recent therapies including TRTP, Coherence 123, Hypnotherapy, Part Therapy, NLP and CBT.
Location : NSW ( done via video chat).
Sha's Therapy -
For individual sessions, I work with clients giving them a special level of care that is required for change rather than just the next booking. This approach and support is what I believe clients need. When dealing with couples, addictions or anxiety you need a therapist that can understand the issues and provide you with a solid pathway ahead.
I use a set of specialised therapies to target the source of the problem - which is typically the subconscious mind. Neuroplasticity studies show the mind can change and move away from trauma, negative mindsets, conflict through these techniques.
Couples Counselling allows a deepening of the relationship through practical tools and also creating a space of honesty and safety. This is based on the work of examining thousands of couples and modeling on what successful ones are doing. Conflict resolution, state management and communication tools are used to improve these areas.

Is your relationships happy and fulfilling, or do you feel things from the past have triggered you and lead to regular arguments?
Does modern-day dating leave you feeling undervalued, neglected and uninspired?
Have you stopped taking care of your physical and emotional wellbeing? Over and under eating, drinking more and not taking care of yourself?
Would you like processes that help you focus and achieve goals? What resistance comes up when you do planning?
I have trained in many modalities including TRTP Therapy, gestalt, constellations, counselling, CBT, part therapy, coherence 123, voice dialogue, life coaching, NLP, magnetic mind coaching, hypnotherapy, energy healing, EFT and help run one of the most successful personal development workshops in Australia.
This has allowed me to develop a process that has defined steps but integrated with a caring approach. Ultimately, this will empower you to obtain your end result. I work both on the conscious level to set defined actions and under the surface where typically the resistance lies.
TRTP and CBT therapy is done by clinical psychologists, doctors in psychology, psychotherapists and trauma specialist in Australia. I specialise in these and my goal is to rapidly assist you.
Please note these services are not covered via bulked billing.
Case Study 1 Individual -: Brian had low self esteem, overthinking issues, anxiety, porn and gaming addiction. After 5 sessions of therapy Brian reported a drop for the need to watch porn and started to engage in positive activities. He feels good in social activities now and setting some goals for the future. He wakes up in the morning feeling great and has not reported any panic attacks since the first session.
Case Study 2 Individual -:Ryan had recently been cheated on by his spouse and from his depression led to him being fired from his job. I worked on his nervous system to improve focus, concentration, ability to achieve goals, self esteem and confidence.
He has now started his own successful business and gone into a new relationship.
Limiting beliefs from the past kept him from achieving his potential and happiness in life.
This deep therapy went into his blueprint which has stored negative thoughts about himself. At one stage he required short sessions daily and then moved to weekly sessions.
Case Study 3 Couples - Jack and Kate have been together for 20 years and most communication ends up in conflict followed by stonewalling and passive aggression. They both have done work in personal development.
After a 5 session process both have reported they are now able to talk about things and feeling great in the relationship. They actively did all the exercises and implemented the tools that were suggested. They were fully committed to the process and feel great when together
Case Study 4 Life Coaching -:Jan was not happy at her job and wanted a new direction. The process involved high performance coaching to help her achieve her goals, gain clarity, energy, improve productivity, removing blocker, . therapy to shift deeper issues in her subconscious to do with self worth and avoidance. Sessions - once a week for 2 month, then monthly session
Case Study 5 Couples -: Mary and Tim were considering a trial separation. Before they did this they decided to counselling. The main reasons were that Mary felt Tim didn't listen to her and they started to avoid each other. They felt the passion had left the relationship. They began working on the connection, safety, trust, communication and deeper love in the relationship and are now back together again,
Anxiety/Depression.
I typically recommend TRTP which is a 3 session process done in a week and then followup with weekly sessions. Some clients I work in short sessions every day for a week then adjust accordingly.
Meth Addicts - This requires an intensive process and continuous sessions involving deep therapy, short sessions, support and monitoring over an initial month and adjustment accordingly. Some clients may need to be referred to a full time clinic if they don't have family support around them.

Some of the issues that I have successfully helped families with through SleepTalk® include sleeping disorders, anxiety, sibling rivalry, behaviours linked to Autism-ASD ADHD, confidence, agoraphobia, ODD, self harming, bedwetting, selective mutism, sensitivity to noise, ability to give and receive affection, social skills, academic performance, focus and concentration, fussy eating, aggressive & argumentative behaviour. The families have all improved their loving relationships and restored a sense of calm.
