Where do I even begin? Hiring DJ Sammy and Goza for our wedding at The Button Factory in Cheltenham was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the very first conversation, they were professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day as special as possible. Their communication was outstanding, and they guided us through every step of the entertainment planning process with ease. The highlight of the entire evening was undoubtedly our first dance. DJ Sammy went above and beyond by writing and producing a completely original song for us, including the music and lyrics. It was personal, heartfelt, and captured our relationship perfectly. There wasn't a dry eye in the room, and it remains one of our most treasured memories from the day. To have someone create something so unique and meaningful is truly priceless. The music throughout the wedding was absolutely spot on. Sammy read the room perfectly, creating the ideal atmosphere from the cocktail hour and formalities through to a packed dance floor later in the evening. Guests of all ages were up dancing, singing along, and having an incredible time. We received endless compliments about the music and entertainment both on the night and in the weeks that followed. What really sets DJ Sammy and Goza apart is the incredible value they offer. The package inclusions were extensive and included many services and features that other wedding entertainment companies charge premium prices for. In fact, comparable packages we looked at elsewhere were well in excess of $3,000. Yet with their cash payment option, we received exceptional service and inclusions for well under $2,000. Beyond the music, they acted as genuine event professionals, helping coordinate timing, managing key moments throughout the evening, assisting with announcements, and ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. Their experience was obvious from start to finish, and they gave us complete confidence that every detail was under control. They were punctual, organised, well-presented, and passionate about what they do. More importantly, they genuinely cared about making our wedding memorable for us and our guests. We hired Goza and DJ Sammy for both our daughters’ 18th and 21st birthday parties at Four Larks Cafe in Parkville, and they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The music selection was the best we’ve ever experienced at an event and every song was on point and kept the dance floor packed all night. At times, all 100 guests were up dancing, which says everything about how good they were as DJs and entertainers. What really impressed us was how much was included as standard in their package at no extra charge. The magnificent lighting setup, lasers, smoke machine, microphones, and even guest song requests via QR code were all included. Everything was clearly itemised in the quote, with no hidden surprises, and they still came in around 10% cheaper than every other quote we received. One amazing surprise on the night was when they took a photo of our daughters during the event, creatively animated it with special effects, and displayed it live on the DJ booth screen. It was such a personal and memorable touch that everyone loved. o top it all off, they also included a professionally edited 3-minute highlight video of the entire event, which we’ll treasure forever. Honestly, we know for a fact that no other DJ company includes this level of service, creativity, and value as standard. Goza and DJ Sammy went above and beyond in every way, and we were so impressed that we happily gave them extra on the night because they absolutely deserved it. Highly, highly recommended...what an incredible team!
