We first have new clients fill out a questionnaire to to get a history of activity and exercise in their life, and also see if they have had previous injuries or surgeries. From there we perform a fitness assessment to get an accurate view point of the clients strengths and weaknesses. After all the data is collected we can then create a customized workout program for the client.
I recently helped a client lose 120lbs. It took us 18 months, It was a roller coaster process for anyone who has never had a consistent workout program, and a regimented diet. I have to make sure that I create an environment where exercise and choosing healthier food choices becomes habitual.

I have always wanted to help people reach their fitness goals since i was a kid. I interned at Velocity Sports Performance during my sophomore and junior years in undergrad.
