Jess goes to the ends of the earth to provide a friendly service and nothing is ever a bother. Our wedding questions were answered immediately via email and she was always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. Our quote was even sent out the same night of our appointment. The whole process made our ‘wedmin’ and planning an absolute dream and she is a truly lovely and hardworking individual. Sprig and Thistle's flower arrangements were BEAUTIFUL and their styling was classic, elegant and really complemented our wedding venue. I also had the pleasure of ordering Mother’s Day Bouquets and attending the Wreath Workshops that Jess has held in the past. Both of which exceeded my already high expectations. I couldn't be happier with the service Jess provided for our wedding. Jess was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process (we changed our mind a few times as to how we wanted all the flowers to be) and she took it all in her stride. Our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisaged and more. So many people have complemented the bouquets and, bonus, they lasted for about 3 weeks after the wedding! I attended one of the wreath workshops that Jess had organised and thoroughly enjoyed it. Mulled wine to start with Prosecco and nibbles included.
