Just literally had lunch here in the Albert Dock and it was absolutely delicious. Chicken biryani, a superb chickpea sweet and sour style dish served with samosas and pakora. What’s your signature dish?
Our famous Homemade Chicken Biryani. It's still made our mum.
We introduced this on our street food stall and it's always sold out by lunch time, regardless of town or time of year
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first work out out what flavours they like and then take it from there.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything. It's the most satisfying job I have ever had. To see the reactions on people faces when they have our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Mum

I only feed my clients what I feed my children.
