Limousine Hire
I book a limousine for my 70th and granddaughter’s 13th birthday. They sent a big van which wasn’t what I paid for. The van had paper cups all around the place. I refused to leave my home in it. I phone the company and was told the limousine will be there in an hour and a half. By the time it arrived everywhere was dark so I couldn’t see anything outside. There were no Champagne me or treats for the birthday girl that was promised when I did the booking. The glasses were dirty because they weren’t changed from the party before. My night was ruined.
