What do you love most about your job?
I love providing solutions to our customers. A west London design agency had suffered numerous break-ins. The loss of property was not the biggest issue, it was the downtime of their creative team. No laptops, no design software and breached timelines on service delivery. We provided CCTV, perimeter intrusion detection and security on nights and weekends. A very happy customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in blue chip companies and wanted a more personal approach to business. Ensuring our customers were assisted and listened to, not just a number. Our employees to feel valued and treated well. This was of the utmost importance.

We can provide CCTV monitoring and patrols remotely. The stream go to our Alarm Recieving Centre (Arc) and are monitored by our team.

Waking Watch
Waking Watch (also known as Fire Watch) services are provided by our Fire Safety Team for both commercial and residential properties. This is a specialised manned guarding service which involves deploying SIA licenced Security Officers to continually patrol all floors and the exterior perimeter of the building in order to respond to a fire, assist in calling the fire service and assisting with the evacuation of the residents.
Waking Watch is designed to protect both people and property in scenarios where normal levels of risk are heightened and standard risk controls are compromised. This includes utilising a simultaneous evacuation plan which is regularly tested, including PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans), which will be in place for vulnerable residents.
