AMAZING! I'm so happy to have found Sylvia and Walk N Wag for our dog Charlie. He was/is an anxious dog and Sylvia has been wonderful with him; he absolutely loves her and his walking buddies! I am beyond happy to have found Sylvia for our pup! She takes amazing photos throughout their outings and ensures that my dog is safe and happy! She communicates so well with my husband and I and continues to amaze us every day. Our pup is super clean when we come home, even on the worst rainy/muddy days. Our home is the same as we left it daily, and sometimes more tidy as Sylvia goes above and beyond to pick up our pups toys that are all over the place!!!Below, there is a 1-Star review from HAN which is absolutely untrue. On our first meeting with Sylvia, she was professional and super sweet, listening to every detail we mentioned about our dog’s routine. She is such a kind person, and I see nothing but joy in my dog’s face every time I come home. She easily accommodates us if we need to dates, and is super flexible! We absolutely love Silvia. She picks up our Kytee at around 11 and drops her off around 2 Pm. She always cleans kytees paws before coming into the house and Puts her food out for her after her walk. During the walk she is always sending us amazing photos of our dog playing with her friends. After the walks, she always takes photos of kytee at home to let us know that our dog is safely dropped off. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our dog is out for almost three hours, gets to play with other dog in a large park and is returned home safe and clean. Silvia is so kind and easy going and always responds to our texts and questions promptly and thoroughly.. not much else you can really want in a dog walker!! It’s difficult to find dog walkers that actually cares and goes well and beyond. It’s hard to find someone that is trustworthy of your fur babies. And Sylvia is a true example of that. Sylvia is truly family. I have had other dog walkers that literally would walk in and take my girl around the block and then say they walked her for an hour which was never true and they would just end up sitting on the couch for the whole hour. Sylvia is not that person. She is energetic, caring, passionate, and loves her job. She has the same energy as my Lexi. And that is fit and ready for a long run and walk. She treats my little Lexi like her own. She is always on time, communicates on a regular basis, she shows all her love to the dogs in her care. She truly is responsible and I fully trust her with my baby. Lexi never wants her to leave. For a dog to actually trust another human being and a stranger in our home is big and as soon as Sylvia walks in the door Lexi is ready to give her kisses and hugs and Sylvia is truly an amazing and passionate person. Sylvia is just amazing!! She is so dependable even on the worst weathers days when its -30 out! Sylvia is very accommodating to my crazy work schedule. Finding perfect dog walker for your lovely pet is like finding another member of the family, it can be challenging and it must be person who you trust. Sylvia is more than a dog walker or member of the family, she is fairy dog mother for your pet. She takes great care of our furry sons and we never have any concern when our boys are with her. We have noticed significant behaviour improvement in our big dog as he was prone to anxiety, stress and was being anti-social with other dogs aside from his adoptive brother. He is absolutely different dog now, he is back to being sweet and happy boy we once knew and we have Sylvia to thank for it.Sylvia will take our boys to stretch their paws in the park and run with other dogs, while making sure there is no confrontation with other pups. She will make sure they are comfy and warm on the rainy or cold day and will wipe their muddy paw paws after such walk. She inspects and gives attentive once over before dropping them off to ensure there are no issues (i.e scrapes, bugs etc) if she find anything she would immediately let us know. Our boys are always very excited to go out with her as she is true animal lover and we have plenty of cuddles to prove it.There is no better person to trust walking your pet! THANK YOU! It’s hard these days finding trustworthy people especially when it comes to caring for your fur babies. Sylvia (owner of Walk n Wag is truly wonderful and so glad we found her. She is very caring and treats my Cockapoo (Cooper) like her own. She has broken Cooper in, meeting new friends in the dog park and on walks, given me tips, even got him used to wearing doggie socks!!!. Sylvia far succeeds the expectations of a dog walker and treats your pet like family. She has been excellent in the training of my puppy Mia and in socializing. I work all day, and get daily pictures and updates of Mia going to dog parks, through trails, parks etc. She has taken extra care of Mia, helped clean up puppy messes, has come in times of emergency and been overall amazing. Walk N Wag is absolutely fantastic. I have 2 French Bulldogs that Sylvia takes great care and attention too. She walks them an hour twice a day and is always prompt and attentive. The dogs are always wiped down and clean after their walk and she even washes and cleans the food bowls after feedings. I take my dog to the dog park almost everyday. I always see Sylvia there with her pack. I have seen with my own eyes, some horrible, irresponsible dog walkers. Sylvia is definitely not one of them. She is very responsible, shows each of her dogs the same attention. Gus her dog that she owns, is energetic and friendly. My dog gets so much exercise running after him and it makes my life easier by having a tired dog when I come home. I’ve seen with my eyes, some dog walkers who charge $20 for an hour, which includes the drive to the park, 10 minutes in the park ( not lying) giving the dogs no mental stimulation or exercise, and then driving them home. ( Which if you ask me, those particulars are taking their clients for a ride) Sylvia stays for the whole hour, sometimes even longer. Sylvia is very friendly and great with my energetic dog Suzy. She was very accomodating and responded to messages quickly with lots of pictures of Suzy while I was away.
