Nicolas and his team were outstanding. Their food was delicious and beautifully presented. Looking forward to using them again for our corporate events. The were able to service not only one event, but 2 on back to back days without a problem. What’s your signature dish?
We don't have A signature dish, however, our signature "approach" is to offer a custom & unique experience to each of our clients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to our clients, It is paramount for us to have a 1 on 1 meeting with them prior to offering a menu.
Our goal is to break the mold of traditional catering, by not displaying our menus for the main reason that every event is different and unique in its own way.
What do you love most about your job?
we don't consider it a job, rather we love what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were tired of seeing the cookie-cutter experience when it comes to catering, We do not have menus online, for the main goal of being able to offer our customers personalized and custom experiences.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have been in operation since June 2012, and until September of 2020, we relied solely on word of mouth.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer video 1 on 1 consultation, Our goal is to not just provide a quote, but to understand the needs of our clients, and get to know them.
