Very unprofessional, accusatory, and harmful posts are constantly being posted by the co owners and it is beyond problematic. Real positive reinforcement doesn’t exist here, they just feed your dog treats and call it training. Warning to all dog friends!! More...

Highly recommend Pliant Pack for training and dog walking services! We adopted our dog Cooper at 6 months of age and she was very leash reactive. We have tried numerous classes trying to work on it with her, but as she is not food motivated it was very difficult to get Cooper to even look at us on walks. We joined a reactive class with Pliant Pack and started getting the Train and Walk service from Pliant Pack during long days when we are busy. On these train and walks the dog walkers work on Cooper’s reactivity with her and she is a completely new dog! When walking her she now looks at us constantly and doesn’t pull our arms off while waking. It’s amazing how much progress Cooper has made with Pliant Pack. Also all of the trainers and walkers are so friendly and have so much patience when the dogs are slow to understand what is wanted from them. Great trainers all around! More...

We have been using the “train and walk” service once a week and it has been fantastic! Leesa has been working hard with our pug puppy, who is reactive to cars, people and bicycles. She also has been working on loose leash training. We’ve noticed a huge difference in our dog’s walking!! We also had some private sessions in our home which were very helpful with our busy pup. They are very professional, communicate often, and even take pictures on walks, which we love! Our pug is obsessed with them and loves getting belly rubs, treats, and lots of love when they visit, in addition to positive training and skills that are going to help her as she grows into a calmer and less reactive walker. The ladies of Pliant Pack are the only people I trust my dogs with, and the first people we call when we have any issues. I have a 1 .5 year old Great Pyrenees with very sensitive skin and some aggression issues, and an 11 year old miniature dachshund with chronic pancreatitis and a rather antisocial personality. Going on trips used to be a nightmare, we would come home to hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills and two very unhappy dogs. The stress they would be under in kennels or other boarders was unreal, and we dreaded leaving them. After doing a couple classes with pliant pack, we decided to give them a try. It was a miracle, there were NO health issues while we were gone for two weeks overseas, the girls gave us daily updates and sent cute photos of the dogs having fun, and we came home to two very happy dogs! Leesa and Emily genuinely love animals, and have the calm and kind presence of leaders with the dogs, keeping everyone in check and making sure everyone gets along well. The prices are excellent, and I can confidently recommend them to everyone with animals. I have used the Board & Train service with Emily numerous times for my two dogs. They are always very well looked after during their stays, and it's so reassuring to know that while I'm away they are safe and comfortable in a home environment. Miranda took care of our kitties while we were away on holiday. One of our cats is diabetic and has special needs, but Miranda handled it like a total champion! I would HIGHLY recommend Pliant Pack's services. We were gone a week but received regular status updates, pictures and even video of their progress. My two dogs (one of whom can be a bit nervous) spent Canada Day weekend with Emily and they had the best time! I felt so confident that they were in the best possible hands and was able to fully relax. She took them on great walks, they snuggled and played and I got so many pictures and updates. They were so exhausted when they came home! We will be using Emily and Pliant Pack again when we go out of town in a few weeks and I know my boys will be treated like little kings. I had the pleasure of attending a reactivity workshop led by the amazing Pliant Pack team. What a great experience! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable in dog behaviour and positive reinforcement training methods, and made everyone feel comfortable in what could be a stressful situation. I learned a lot while attending this workshop, and my dog showed a noticeable improvement after only an hour of training. I attended an intro disc workshop and learned great positive training methods for my pup. My puppy has too much drive and I was able to ask questions that were specific to my situation and received advice that has been really working!
