He provides stimulating workouts that are both fun and challenging with diet plans to accompany that produce fantastic results.

He is always prompt at responding to any questions or concern with a great attitude.

So far I have worked with Dragos for 2 months and I could not be happier with the service. We meet 2 times per week either at my condo or his studio and the quality of workouts are beyond amazing. My goal is to loose weight and tone up, and thanks to Dragos’ training, skills and tracking methods I can clearly see and feel that the results are already happening. He keeps the sessions fun and exciting and I could not ask for more in a trainer. I highly recommend you give him a try, because best of all, he has worked with my budget and it blew my mind when I found out that there was a plan which I could afford. We build a plan based on client time and budget. We feel fitness should not just be accessible to the rich and "well off", but to everyone. So whether you have 15 minutes available in a day to workout, or have a budget of $200/month, we will use all the tools available to build the perfect, most result oriented plan. Best part...however the structure is, your goals are still guaranteed.

Commitment and hard work. Like with everything in life, there is unfortunately no shortcut to success. This is why when your plan gets created by our fitness professional you must stick to it 120%.

My job, career and business changes peoples lives and gives options to those who believe coaching and personal training is way too expensive. We will give you the gift of health, money should be the least of your concerns.

I have worked with big chain gyms in the past, and I have seen how they do business. While people were purchasing personal training sessions, there were so many who would always say "I would love to have a trainer and a plan, but unfortunately it is way too expensive. I have bills and a family." Why do we have to say to this person "Well that is life! Deal with it on your own!"? I always prefer to say "Ok completely understandable. How much can you afford comfortably per month?" this is where the true care and planning comes in, and we help this person work around their budget and busy schedule.

Strong Dragon Training is not just ME, it is US. This means that if you come to us with medical issues, imbalances and restrictions, we have a professional to join in the planning of the program. This could be a chiropractor, physiotherapist, osteopath, massage therapist, etc. We are your one stop for all your health and fitness needs. Don't just come to us for Personal Training, come to us for ANYTHING in the health field.

We use our own app to provide online and remote training. However, we will not just throw in some exercises and let you deal with them. If distance allows, the initial assessment (FREE) is done in person, as are subsequent check-in assessments. IF distance does not allow, then it is done via Skype or Facetime. Once the weekly workouts are uploaded, you have contact with your coach/trainer 24/7, this means that if you still are not sure how to do an exercise while at the gym, call your trainer and ask, you have their personal number. Also, on a weekly basis, your trainer will schedule and reach out to you for a recap of the week. Here you will discuss how the week went and what, if any, mild concerns came up. This is how we modify the program accordingly to give you consistent results.

If 1-1 personal training, our studios are consistently sanitized and always in between sets the trainer will clean up. Our staff will wear masks when off the floor and on the floor, the only ones allowed to have masks off are the clients during the workout. We also require vaccination proof to enter the facility and temperature check upon each entry for both staff and clients.
