What do you love most about your job?
I am fueled and personally rewarded when the people I serve have a breakthroughs, gain more energy, report that they are communicating better and feel more free to express their authentic self. I love when my clients share how they feel more relaxed after sessions. My favorite is hearing people say "You saved my life...literally", and "You help so many..we need you!" I feel blessed when I can help others be the best version of themselves!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved working for the California Department of Mental Health at one of their psychiatric hospitals. I learned so much about the mind, self care, and boundaries there. I also loved working for Aurora Charter Oak Hospital for several years, as it was there where I had the opportunity to develop my workshops, wellness education groups, and music therapy. I honed my style there. However, I have always had a deep desire to help individuals, as I can go deeper with them to pull out the roots of their problems to create fertile grounds for their higher self to bloom.

People tell me I have a calming affect on others. I am able to help reduce stress and anxiety. I am very enthusiastic, yet relaxed. I have a great listening ear and I hold the people I work with accountable so they may reach their goals and overcome their obstacles. I am non judgmental and I do my best to see you for your true potential and the great person you are!
Finding Your Voice
Feel empowered, energized, yet relaxed, and free through developing your voice through the use of words, affirmations, healthy communication styles, breathe, chanting (non-religious), vocalizing, and song writing. No musical experience or talent needed.
This is for everyone and anyone who could improve on their communication within relationships, expressing their true feelings, and/or tapping into their creative side, as well as learning a new tool to self-regulate emotions.
Focus 1 is on the power of the voice, how to use it as a tool, and how to care for it. The sessions define affirmations and guide participants on how to create tailored affirmations that benefit the individual. Various breathing techniques will be taught. These techniques help one use breath as a tool to relax, focus, and empower oneself. Breathe and affirmations are then fused into chants to create a powerful tool that truly uplifts one’s spirit!
Focus 2 is on song writing as personal expression. This session begins with 2 Guided Affirmation Meditations. Participants will then explore the benefits of writing and using it as a tool to release emotions in s creative, constructive way. A process of song writing and step by step examples of different song writing forms/structures. These sessions ends with a composition of an original song assisted by the therapist.
Healthy Love VS. Addictive Love - How to Love Yourself
These sessions explore the beliefs one has about relationships, why they attract who comes into their lives, exploring valuable lessons to be learned from relationships, and deep dives in to developing self love and personal empowerment. These sessions have the individual being confident, having insight, communicating with effective authentic, and becoming the person that they desire to be with!
Managing Your Emotions
These sessions help identify the root cause of your emotions and has you moving to a better feeling state and behviour with 7 Steps.
Redirecting Your Focus with a Positive Affirmation
Here one will develop the habit of quickly identifying negative thoughts in order to change the thought to a more productive, life sustaining thought through a unique process that has one creating their ultimate personalized affirmation! Here the use of breathing methods, chanting affirmations, toning, and visualizing enhance the power statements, mantras and affirmations created!
Sessions observe one's thoughts and beliefs and re-frames them to create their desired destiny. Here there is an exploration of the power of speech and language along with the practice of re-framing our words to produce better results in our day to day lives.
90 to ZEN - Stress/Anxiety Management and Relaxation Methods
During these sessions one learns 7 breathing methods, a simple yet very effective and powerful stretching routine to release tension, and other physical and mental stress release exercises that leaves one feeling relaxed, energized, balanced with clarity and control to better produce.
These sessions also incorporate rhythmic and melodic interactions to fortify the process of managing stress and anxiety.
