I’ll get right to it, 5/5 and can’t begin to recommend him highly enough! I had lacked a sense of direction with my life at the time of our talks and Deryk had the insight to swiftly and professionally helped me within just a few short sessions.
Before long, I was able to navigate certain things that I found challenging and doing things I always wanted to do but lacked the motivation or knowledge to do so. And now thanks to his help, I am realizing more of my potential and started studying in an online course, where I am now on track to building a career for myself.

What do you love most about your job?
I see myself as a collaborator. Watching powerful ideas form in the minds of my clients is a tremendous feeling. The positive energy that comes with inspiration makes my career continually rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I think I can say this in under than 50 characters but I would say it was simply discovering a passion. I started learning self improvement for myself and I noticed coaching coming naturally when opportunities arose to share what I was learning.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are a lot of different coaching styles out there. Some want to take complete control, a "I know how to do this, follow me" mentality. Others provide no instruction at all but ask probing questions to get you there on your own. I find myself in the middle. I believe in teaching tools when it's necessary and sharing ideas that you are free to turn down, or brainstorming your ideas to make action plans you are excited to get behind.
One of my favorite tools is the Enneagram, a personality assessment that can help point to actions that work with your nature instead of against it.

I do operate remote. I believe calls without video is the best approach.
In certain psychoanalytic practices, it is common for the therapist to not face the client. This is done to have the ego interfere as little as possible.
While coaching is not therapy, and I am not a therapist, I believe in the premise.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am exclusively online. The world wide web is the best social distancing there is.
