I build programs for clients based on their goals, lifestyle, space and equipment. I push them when we are training together 1 on 1, and keep them accountable through my app between our sessions. My goal as your trainer is to implement habits and workouts that suite your current lifestyle and accessibility to equipment and space. Ultimately I want to set you up for long-term changes and results that last beyond our time working together!

It's no secret - it takes a long-term commitment and multiple micro-habits built into your daily life. Another vital component is mind-set and how you think about your progress and body. If negative self-talk is something you struggle with, I always strive to provide tools to help you with this as well. Fitness and health are a life long journey, and it's important to celebrate the wins along the way!

I wanted to provide services at my standard and with my style. I have worked in the fitness industry for over a decade, trained under many disciplines, and have all the tools I need to create lasting results. I think habit coaching and day to day accountability is something that is missing from large studios or facilities. I know this is a vital part for success, so I've created a more personal experience that aligns with my values.

I am personable, empathetic, and I love working with beginners (or re-starters!) I meet you where you are now, and help you see your potential if you stick with your training program. I have a lot of experience, and really value teaching you about about your body mechanics. I start out slow and build you a strong foundation. I highly value form education and will teach you how maintain form that will keep you safe, and make each rep you do extremely effective. I go beyond just going through the movements, and ask the right questions that will help you understand where you should be feeling each exercise, and how to activate the muscles you are trying to train. The knowledge I share with you is a tool you'll have for life, and you'll be able to apply this knowledge to any exercise you execute now, and in the future!

Yes! I actually specialize in online training. I have an app that keeps you accountable with your habits and workouts, and I'm very experienced in training clients over Zoom.
