Twenty years in the Armed Forces, a lifetime of athletic competition, and a cruel twist of fate which saw my youngest daughter battle Leukaemia, have all served to reveal my true purpose: people and performance.

From the first contact Alison was engaged, enthused and a pleasure to deal with (and her ops director!). The way Alison delivered her talk was so fun, relevant to our event and everyone was captivated listening to her. She really got everyone excited and we were thrilled to have her as our guest. Alison blessed us by attending our ladies in leadership day at Royal ascot. She gave a fabulous speech and inspired so many in the room with her stories and advice. I feel really thankful to have met a fellow vivacious and positive Scot! Would 100% recommend Alison and will be asking her back without a doubt
