5* doesn't give this company enough credit! They were AMAZING! Firstly Lewis was very helpful and very quick to respond to get a quote, and yes he obviously asked if we wanted the job or like price (which was a very good price) which is their job but there was no pressure, everything was in a professional and polite manner. The day of the job! Mike and Martin did a fantastic job on our new turf. It looks flawless. Mike and Martin were very good people. Very down to earth. No idea how they manage to complete the job in 2 days, the second day was boiling!!! They went above and beyond due to them helping 2 of my elderly neighbours who fall down on 2 different occasions! they did this without hesitation and went running which really shows you what sort of company this is! these 2 events came out of nowhere and were unexpected and like I said before it was BOILING, so they needed a break so they took a small walk to the shops! On returning they came back with an ice-cream for me and my son which was a really nice touch, and they had a friend for life! (Thank you again) So to sum up this company is amazing and really care for their paying customer but also very respectful to the neighbourhood as well. Lewis, Mike and Martin you did a fantastic job and its done me and my family a great service! you are very welcome back to my house, and I can confidently says you will be back! Thank you again!
