About

I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2009 and a gym owner since 2016. I am co owner of Club Gym Wellness and Kaleidoscope, both in Glasgow.

During my time as a personal trainer I've helped thousands of people to lose body fat and retain muscle mass. The ultimate goal is always a lean physique.

When you pay for a personal trainer, you shouldn't have to think or worry about anything. I do the thinking, you do the work, and we get results. I'll design everything from your training plan to your diet and i'll keep you accountable with weekly check-ins.

My passion has always been to help ordinary people achieve extra ordinary results! The vast majority of my clients are everyday people, from office workers to tradesmen and i love seeing them get results.

Many years ago before i was a personal trainer i worked in an office. It was a great job but it wasn't for me. I've always loved having a job where i'm on my feet and helping other people.

I care about results. When you come to me and tell me your goal i'll keep pushing you until you get it because thats what keeps me going as a coach.

Yes i offer online coaching. It's everything you get from personal training without the 1-2-1 sessions. Your programmes will have instructional videos and you to fill in your workouts on the app. Everything will feed back to me. At the end of each week you can upload your measurements and progress photos and i can make any changes as required.

Services

Personal Training packages include 1-2-1 sessions, training plans, nutrition targets and weekly results check ins. Your measurements and photos will be logged on my app which has two-way sign in, you can check them anytime.

Your training plan will be loaded onto your personal profile within my app with how-to videos. You can track your workouts as you go. All your previous workout data will be saved so we can monitor your progress over time. It'll also sync with all your apps and wearables like My Fitness Pal, Apple Watch and Fitbit.

Your fitness data can be easily monitored in one place.

What happens after you buy a package?

I’ll get in touch with you to organise a consultation. I’ll take all your starting measurements, then we’ll discuss your goals. Based on your starting point and where you want to go i’ll come up with the plan of action. You’ll be added to my app with your training and diet plan. Then we’ll schedule in your sessions for the weeks ahead.
