I learned many training techniques from Omar that helped me achieve my fitness goals and dreams. Omar is a knowledgeable PT who is distinguished in that he has a passion for helping others achieve fitness.

I can thoroughly recommend training with Omar - he's very knowledgeable, a great motivator (without behaving like a drill sergeant) who tailors the training to whatever your personal goal is at the time. In addition to having great sessions with Omar I feel like I learnt a lot about nutrition, training planning, correct execution of exercises etc. Added bonus: in contrast to some other trainers he makes sure that you don't ruin your body. If you cheat (i.e. you compromise on posture) he'll take a video and show you - perfect. More...

I've been training with Omar since the start of November. I couldn't recommend him more! I thought I'd leave a short idea of my personal experience, rather than just say "he's awesome you should go! "

1. Before coming to me, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations?
A. This is easy. I was the heaviest I think I've ever been and my confidence was low. I felt like I couldn't motivate myself to change anything. My diet was terrible and it showed. Even if I wanted to go to the gym, I didn't know where to start, nor would I have the motivation to try to work it out. I knew that getting assistance was the only way I could start to change that.

2. How did your struggle and frustrations affect your life? What did you feel like before you started your transformation?
A. I was unhappy, plain and simple. My ambition was gone and I seemed destined to just stick to the routine I was in. My life had changed for the worse a few months before my training, and inside I knew I had to make a radical change to try to rectify that. The problem had always been where and how to start that. I decided I'd start with how I felt about myself. I knew that if my perception of myself improved, it would only benefit the way I came across to others.

3. How did the training help you?
A. The training was the kick start I needed to start feeling better about myself. In the beginning, my negativity was affecting my training. I would get frustrated at the things I couldn't do rather than focus on the things I was good at. Omar's motivation and high energy (along with his slightly unorthodox ways of doing things) made me realise that there was more than one way to achieve the same result, and that I wasn't failing, simply that there was a different method that worked for me. The training has helped my understand how my body reacts to different scenarios and helped me to realise how I can continually progress.

4. How is life different for you now?
My confidence has improved dramatically. It could still be higher, and I still have goals to meet but I've come a long way since I started. My diet is far better, I've learned how to enjoy certain foods without feeling like it's going to send me back off course. Most importantly, I have a new lease of life in terms of ambition and drive. I finally feel like I can constantly push myself to improve, in and out of the gym, and that I know how to do it, as well as having the motivation to keep it up.

Omar runs great classes and is very accomodating with everyones different levels. Very helpful and offers extra help outwith classes on facebook. This can be extra exercises or work out routines and nutritional advice. Would strongly recommend ! More...

I've been attending Omar's kickboxing class for a few months now, Omar is very professional he's helped me with a positive attitude towards my body and mind, he's able to push you further than you thought you'd be able to go. Provided excellent training and knowledge. Did not just tell me how to perform an excercise but also explained which muscles were being worked and what the benefit of each exercise was. This was extremely helpful as I was completely new to working out. Omar was very patient with me and helped me gain a lot more strength than I had expected. I was also provided with outside the gym with Omar<span id="moreReview630945" class="hide"> constantly sending me information regarding nutrition and home exercises. Omar is a great PT, has helped me out alot over the last year and taken the time to help me improve my fitness. He also makes you feel at ease of anyone is a bit nervous about taking their firsts steps. I would thoroughly recommend him if anyone is looking for help and guidance in their fitness journey. Omar, feedback on my progression so far with you. I started my 3 month journey with you in February and my goal was to lose weight, define and build muscle, and bring my body fat down. After doing 2 sessions a week with. At first I could not see the change and I was looking at my body in all the wrong ways, and it was with determination, understanding, and patience that you had with me that has<span id="moreReview630817" class="hide"> made me look and feel better about my journey. <br /> You pushed me every time and kept me going, even if I did say a few swear word to you. The workouts were always interesting and the things I like most of all was the way you thought outside the box. There was only one time that I did not feel that I had a good workout, which was at the beginning, that soon passed and I got back on track. It does not matter how I feel, when doing my session with you, I feel job well done, and the hard work was coming together. <br /> I am now doing another month with you and wanting to challenge myself more. I know that I struggle with my carbs sometimes and this is a big challenge for me, but will not let it beat me. I have been attending kickboxing classes with Omar. These classes are amazing and really feel it after the class. Omar is a great instructor and when I am having any problems he quickly comes up with a new exercise to try.

Have also had some pt and the same applies. If you are serious about achieving your goals I would definitely recommend elite body tune up fitness. More...

I would totally recommend Omar when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I love his kickboxing class. <br />He pushes me to the best of my ability. He knows my fitness level and doesn't push me over it (which other PT's have done in the past) He has helped me build confidence with fitness and makes it enjoyable and he's really funny too.
