I just wanted to leave a review for the work that Geoff did for me on a Business Consulting/Executive Coaching basis.
The performance based psychometric report along with his advice was very good indeed. It helped me considerably with
my role as a manager and the mastery of myself.

I find his knowledge and guidance exceptional and would certainly recommend him and Neuro-performance to all your customers.

I have given Geoff Greenwood at Neuro Performance 5 stars because of my experience of working with him, when he helped us considerably in our business. We had multiple issues to improve including starting an online business, which was an industry full of marketing tactics and no firm strategy. Geoff has 20 years experience and it shows in developing strategic intent, online marketing plans and improvement in lead conversions throughout our initial phases. I love the fact that I make a difference. I love my clients and all that they are trying to achieve and by making a difference I can change that person, that team or that organisation for the good. I also love the fact that I am able to learn something new or refreshing everyday from these clients.

I wanted a career that afforded me great fees, great working environments and the ability to grow as a person everyday. I like choosing the projects that I like to work on and particularly in these difficult times I love helping people do the same thing and get and develop their own business and themselves.

I consider my experience and qualifications to be pretty unique and I will explain why. I started in Corporate World as a Chief Accountant and understood what was right and wrong with the organisations that I worked in. I felt that I had a knack and a nose for where the difficulties lie. Following on from this I took an MBA at Business School and started to really understand the difference between strategy and tactics. So many in business are excellent at that their product and day to day tactics but fell quite short (understandably) on strategic analysis, intent, choices and implementation of a medium to long term strategy for their business. Finally, guess where this led me? Yes towards people, management and leadership. In fact human performance and the science underpinning what, why and how people do what they do. I studied performance science in elite sport which I quickly understood would be a powerful attribute to people in business and their employees, to perform like Olympic Champions.
