I have worked with Mark for both PT and Boxing Classes. When partaking in the PT sessions Mark was very accommodating, placing sessions in between my work schedule. He focused on the areas I wanted to improve on and provide fitness and dietary information. The sessions were varied and I noticed an improvement in my overall fitness. Overall I was very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend.I have also attended Mark's boxing classes on a Saturday morning. The classes were great and included a mix of cardio and boxing, therefore a good overall workout. I initially attended the boxing classes with my boyfriend and was worried this would be mainly male dominated and would leave me feeling left out, however, this was not the case. Mark was very accommodating to all in the class and all levels the attendees were at, I felt comfortable and built confidence through this class. After a few months, I was boxing with the guys in the class and have found a new favorite hobby! More...

I have been a client of M1 fitness for over 2 years. Mark has worked tirelessly with me to push me towards my goals. This year when I started working with mark I was 19 stone 7 pounds. Through Mark's workout classes and dietary classes I managed to shed 3 stone within a couple of months. After this tremendous weight loss I was concerned about putting the weight back on however continually attending Mark's boxing classes has helped me maintain a steady weight. Mark is a very effective and professional Personal Trainer. Throughout our sessions he catered each to my own abilities and level. On top of this he would give loads of motivation to push me further than I thought I could. As a result of this I have really achieved my short term targets set at the start of my training. He was also very knowledgeable of nutrition and offered suggestions and tips when it came to healthy eating and meal prep.
