Really bad customer service! The yuppy who runs the business is arrogant, rude and hasn't got a clue about how to treat customers. He thinks he's doing his customers a favour by providing cleaning services to them! Communication is pathetic. He doesn't bother to inform his customers when one of his cleaners is on holiday but expects his customers to call him up and check when the cleaner doesn't turn up! More...
