There was no doubt in who we would have chosen to do our wedding catering. We have been to lots of events where Rebecca and her team have served the best food. Rebecca invited us for our own tasting and when we had chosen our menu we were so excited for our family and friends to share with us. Nothing was too much trouble and Rebecca thinks of absolutely everything. We had a few allergies within our wedding party and our dairy free guests were so pleasantly surprised when a member of Rebecca’s team bought out their own canapés. I can not recommend Aureum catering high enough, Rebecca and her team really do provide the best, highest quality service and food. We had so many comments about the fab food! Rebecca catered for an afternoon tea for 100 people for my father’s funeral. From first contact to the end of the event everything was first class. The food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented, service was friendly and professional and they even cleared the tables and washed up the crockery which we had expected to have to do ourselves! A very organised family run company, Rebecca covered our daughters 18th birthday 4 course sit down function with bar, for 65 people and did an excellent job,
Menu suggestions were excellent and turned out fabulous on the day.
Thanks so much, we were able to really enjoyed ourselves, with out the worry of the organisation of the evening which went really well.

Rebecca did a phenomenal job!! We hosted a weekend for 25 people at a gorgeous country home in Uley and Rebecca did the catering throughout the entire weekend. We went with food that was pre-prepared that we could just heat up when we were ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lasagne, chicken curry, pork pies, and breakfast casseroles were particular favourites. The sticky toffee pudding was the best that we'd ever had! Everything was extremely organised, labelled and had clear instructions. It made the weekend so much more fun to have all of the food taken care of and we could just enjoy our time with our friends. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Talking and meeting with the clients I believe is vital to meet the requirements and budgets. We send over menus with ideas on and then work with them to create a bespoke menu .
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting so many people from all areas of the county and beyond! We love creating new menus to suit our clients requirements. Passionate about using local and British produce we work closely with local suppliers to make our food the best it can be!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of food and passion with British produce and supporting British farmers and local businesses.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small business and do all we can to meet our clients requirements and budget. We believe passionately about where our produce has some from and using British as much as we can.
