And boy are we glad we did and even more glad we chose Braelynn. We worked with Braelynn for 8 months which felt like 8 minutes. She brought to us expertise, organization, accountability and guidance. She captured our personalities flawlessly. I have been trying to figure out the best way to share just how incredible Braelynn and Belle Bodas is. Bottom line: there are dozens of people who can plan your wedding, but there is *nobody* who will put more heart, soul, joy, fire, beauty, and incredible energy into your day. Just stop searching and hire this amazing woman!!! We were planning an out-of-state wedding in only 6 months, so I knew I wanted help on the ground. I called several planner, and from my first call with Braelynn, she felt like a friend. We had some crazy ideas - we wanted a venue that not many use, a caterer that was obscure, we cared that all of our vendors were truly small-business owners instead of big box wedding business, and every detail needed to feel intimate, soulful, and 100% us. For every challenging idea we threw at her, she never once seemed frustrated - instead, she celebrated our unique style! I swear, I think Braelynn took more pride in making sure every detail had our personalities all over it even more than we did! And the day itself was flawless. Her incredible eye for design, her lovingly-militant organizational style (ha!), incredible attention to detail meant that not only my husband and I got to simply enjoy our day, but so did our guests and all of our vendors. Multiple people told me after the wedding that "everything just seemed so smooth!" I just can't say enough about Braelynn. Belle Bodas and Events was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Going back to when we first connected with Braelynn, she was quick to respond and invited us to meet with her. She was incredibly organized and in a one hour meeting she helped relieve some of the stresses I had of wedding planning, and we hadn't even hired her yet! We did not have a budget for a wedding planner and in fact didn't think we needed one until meeting with her. She helped us understand how a wedding planner is such a VITAL piece to giving the bride, groom, family and bridal party PEACE to enjoy the wedding fully. Belle Bodas helped me figure out the vision of the wedding and ways we could do it while still being budget friendly. She helped me understand the details that would and wouldn't be important to us and to our guests, she drew out several timelines (which was one of the hardest pieces in figuring out how to make our wedding run smoothly) and helped me feel at ease once we nailed down the timeline that felt right for us. She coordinated with all our vendors and had our back to make sure we were getting our money's worth. Along with all of that, how amazing for a bride & groom to show up to their wedding and not have to worry that things aren't put together the way we envisioned? We were able to ENJOY the wedding as much as the guests. THAT IS HUGE! If we didn't hire Belle Bodas, we would have been working during our wedding. But, instead all of us were able to soak up every moment and were PRESENT with no worries that something would go wrong. Not to mention the look of our wedding was a show stopper! Imagine your every wish, desire, vision, and dream come true for your wedding day. How obsessed are you? Would you say it was perfect and was everything you’ve ever wanted and more? Does that include a planner? Let me answer that for you, it does, and her name is Braelynn. When we got engaged we knew we wanted to do in Mexico, but didn’t know where to start. Neither of us had been married before, and we were a thousand percent in over our heads trying to plan it alone. And then a real life earth angel came into our lives. Braelynn was a dream to work with. She communicated with our vendors professionally, drew up a perfect timeline, and created the wedding of a lifetime with us. She saw the direction we wanted to go in and ran a marathon with it. Every detail was absolute perfection. My now husband thought we could do it all ourselves, but I insisted on having Braelynn be a part of our lives. As we went to bed the night of our wedding he thanked me for being persistent and not letting him win, because had we not had her expertise our wedding would have absolutely flopped. Braelynn is incredible! She is so sweet and fun to work with. She took a ton of stress off my wife and I leading up to the wedding. She is especially great on wedding day. She was very well organized and professional. She made it so that we could just enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about all the little things that come with weddings. At first we were unsure if we wanted to hire a wedding planner or if we wanted to try to handle the details ourselves. There is no question that Braelynn was worth every penny. There really aren’t adequate words to capture what Belle Bodas and Events meant to my wedding day, but I will try. I truly do not believe I would have ever had a wedding day without the talent and dedication of Braelynn at Belle Bodas and Events. I would be married sure, but a wedding day truly may not have come to fruition. From the theme, the design (I’m talking every part of the design), the venue, the vendor selection, the timeline, managing my budget, supporting my family and guests, and completing the full setup of the most magical place I’d ever seen - Belle Bodas did it all. Braelynn took such care in learning about us as a couple, and every part of our wedding was inspired by what she knew about our love and life together. Every guest in attendance said, at least once, “This is amazing, this is so you two.”. That was the greatest feedback to hear because I never wanted a cookie cutter wedding that was a just an imitation of Pinterest trends. My husband and I we only knew one thing we were set on for our wedding, we wanted our guests to recognize us and feel an authentic “us” for our big day. We couldn’t quite put our finger on what that meant, but Braelynn was able to just find the freaking thrown for it! I couldn’t be happier or more grateful to Belle Bodas and Events. Wow. I get emotional when thinking of how grateful I am for Braelynn. My wedding was so smooth sailing and stress free because of her ! Braelynn did such an amazing job on our wedding! My husband and I did not have an easy journey to get to the aisle. We had already planned a destination wedding while family was vacationing, unfortunately my father was diagnosed with cancer and the wedding was postponed. We had decided, with my father, not to wait too long for the wedding so we then had 4 weeks to plan a wedding. I had found Braelynn and she was so incredibly thoughtful towards me and my family and wanted to help in any way she could. She took so much stress off me and handled everything wonderfully; from coordination with the venues and setting up to calming my nerves and handling my fears. I cannot express how grateful I am to Braelynn and how she was willing to work with us and provide me an amazing wedding! She helped my father see his baby girl get married to the man of her dreams. Bella Bodas planned my best friend's wedding last weekend. The wedding was absolutely breathtaking and everything went on without a hitch. Braelynn remained calm throughout the entire process and made sure every detail was executed perfectly. It was clear that a lot of time and creativity went into the decorations - Walking into the venue took my breath away! As a bridesmaid, it was great to have Braelynn around if I had any questions or concerns, so that I didn't have to worry the bride. Belle Bodas planned my wedding and Braelynn did absolutely INCREDIBLE! She took my vision and ran with it and turned it into my absolute dream wedding. She is very responsive, delivers on everything she says she will, and she helped me remain calm and relaxed throughout the wedding planning process. Anytime I needed something done, had questions, etc. Braelynn was tending to my needs and helping me immediately. ANYTHING I needed she was on it right away. I didn't have to worry about a single thing - she was constantly so reassuring that everything was handled which made my life so much easier. Bella Bodes did my daughters wedding this last weekend. I broke down in tears when I entered the reception center. It was decorated so beautifully. The brides room was supplied with emergency essentials which came in handy when red wine was spilled on my daughter gown.
