Mary has worked with my dog twice now and both times I've been thrilled with the results. The first time was for a nail trim, and I so appreciated how she greeted my sometimes anxious dog and gave him a chance to warm up to her. When I saw that Mary would come out for a full grooming, I immediately got on her schedule. I was a little unsure of how my dog would respond, but once again Mary took the time to make him feel comfortable throughout the full process.
