What do you love most about your job?

I must mention tenants first. Providing them with a relaxing and stress free home is a great feeling. Almost as good as receiving christmas presents from them! It's also rare to hear agents described positively from the tenants perspective too.

When it comes to landlords, I like the feeling I get when they know they are in safe hands. It's a great feeling being able to help them by giving them the freedom both mentally and financially to pursue their ambitions.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to do things more efficiently than the previous property companies I worked for. I wanted to offer landlords a personable service with their agent, too many times I overheard colleagues picking up the phone and not knowing who the landlord was. That is something you often find in large estate agencies and it's not what I would want if I was a customer.

Why should our clients choose you?

I believe in the value of a 1 to 1 relationship with my clients, I'm on the ground everyday in and out of my landlords properties overseeing their investments. Some landlords I speak to everyday, others I haven't heard from in over a month! For these landlords everything is working perfectly and they are off enjoying their lives.
