My experience with Ramah ker has been very positive, I talked to Faith and she was very understanding of our needs and provide various options. She was very accomodating and put first the needs of my mum than what would be normally be standard care. My mum is a 90 year old person who doesn't speak English, her first language is Spanish and has mobility problems, somehow Faith managed to established a healthy relationship with mum and seems to care for her needs and well being. She even offered to get a carer who speaks Spanish and she has done that. She also gives us updates and suggestions that will benefit mum's long term care. One thing that I'm happy is that she can support extra hours at short notice and doesn't mind putting herself out.
