We are The Fountayne Group, an independent, specialist firm of Managing Agents based in North London. What started as a small family run venture, grew to more than 2,000 units across 270 sites. All our business is from word of mouth & recommendation, something we are incredibly proud of. Founded by Simon Stern in 2015, he decided to manage his properties himself, the way he thought they should be done. Not understanding why getting simple things done took so long and frustrated by the lack of common-sense communication, especially when it came to major works or helping property owners manage situations with their property, he decided it was time to expand and build his team – and here we are. We offer a service tailored to our clients’ particular needs, we oversee, manage, and advise on every area that can affect your property. Our team are innovative thinkers, we see past the hurdles and always focus on the bigger picture. We question the problem and get the job done. Our time is precious, we don’t like to waste it. We focus on your objective and provide guidance on best steps to protect and help your investment flourish.  We take what you need and want to achieve from the property in addition to what you want to get out of your agent.  Your property will be means tested and matched to the best suited team to meet your needs as well as the experience required best suited to your property and style.
