Animal welfare is paramount and we strive to provide services which are accessible and affordable. We have a Canine Reactivity Specialist and Dog trainer available at all times. What do you love most about your job?

Meeting new friends and developing a bond with both the clients and the animals. We take pride in our work and love seeing the progress of animals and their humans. We aim to set our clients and their pets up for success.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The journey of becoming a first time pet owner is an exciting one, but things don’t always work out the way we plan.
We know first hand what it is like to have a Reactive dog who suffers from Anxiety. Each and every pet has taught us a lesson over the years. We have rehabilitated animals and they have been some of the best pets.
Combining all of the knowledge and experience that we have gained led us here to offer help to others.

Our team is a family and we are great animal lovers and have extensive knowledge on Animal Welfare and Behaviour. We all have our own pets and understand the challenges that can arise. We have worked with dog who suffer from Anxiety and are reactive with the Lppsl Family. We want to help make life better for you and your pets.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Dog training can be provided online on Zoom or we can FaceTime. We can also travel to clients within 10 miles of Chislehurst. Sessions can last anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Online Dog Training can be provided.
We work in outdoor environments for training and masks are worn when inside.
We will delay dog grooms if there are family members with Covid 19.
Door handles and card machines are disinfectant after use.
Use of our own leads are permitted.
At drop off, a dog crate is available, please place your dog in the crate, remove lead,collar/ harness and secure crate, step back when greeted by staff, then will then attached the dog to a lead and remove from the crate, after taking information for you.
Most of the communication will be over the phone.
