Moray
I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor (registered member of COSCA). I offer counselling sessions face to face or via Skype/Zoom etc. I have been working with people for over 20 years and have experience with supporting people through a wide variety of issues. My point of departure is that you have the wisdom within you to navigate whatever is challenging you at this time. My role is to help you unlock that wisdom and find the answers that you seek. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your issues and any distress that you may be feeling. My services are confidential and professional. Shiatsu acupressure massage
Through the counselling process clients shift from a place of feeling stressed/anxious/depressed or not enjoying life or finding it very challenging to feeling good about themselves and life and feeling hopeful about the future. I love to be a part of this. I see life as a continuous process of learning and growing and I learn a lot from working with my clients.
I have worked for myself for many years offering a variety of therapies. In 2014 I chose to formalise my experience of working with and supporting people by undertaking a counselling qualification (Diploma with distinction)
I have a wide variety of experience and training to draw upon and I have a passion for what I do. I love my work and the connections I build with my clients.
I have a genuine interest in people and building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is important to me. This is the basis for good counselling work. I hold my clients confidentiality with the upmost importance and offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to explore whatever is presenting.
