How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We start with a complete health history. We review your goals, what you have done in the past, and give realistic timelines of what you can accomplish in the near future and the long-term. We figure out nutrition, cardiovascular, and health issues that need to be addressed during our time together. Home exercises are always included.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience and knowledge is the key to any and all goals. You just have to find someone that you have confidence in and feel comfortable with their knowledge and patience with you.
What do you love most about your job?
To be a part of the process of accomplishing their goals inside and out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always felt in physical therapy that I was not finishing the patient's goals. With my four personal training certifications, nutrition, and a deep background in manual therapy; including slide cupping, graston technique, lymphatic drains and neuromuscular work with soft tissue, and more. I believe I could accomplish more of what I hear people wanting rather than giving them what the company expects from us.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are many reasons, but I believe the 25 years of experience working with all types of bodies including bariatric, body fat loss, strength and conditioning, Sports specific conditioning, corrective exercise, physical therapy, balance and stability, nutrition, and more that I have a very well-rounded knowledge and experience for most people.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
