A balanced and nutrient dense diet is a crucial part of every person’s physical, mental, and spiritual well being.

I love seeing my clients fall in love with themselves and their life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To help bridge the gap between the world we live in, and the world I want to live in. I want to live in a world where every person is nourishing themselves in body, mind, and spirit. I want to see people thriving, loving, and blessing each other with their natural talents and gifts.

I’m a unique balance of logical problem solving - using my Strategic Intervention skills from my Robbins Maddens coaching training, and intuitive spiritual healing. I have a unique life story that has given me first hand practice in overcoming obstacles and healing deep hurts.
