How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I like to get to know my clients by scheduling a plan building session, going through their schedule, routines, and obstacles so I can better make a plan that fits their lifestyle and challenge them appropriately. Habit training and goal mapping is an important part of our initial plan building session.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Understanding what obstacles lie ahead and have a plan to overcome them.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and helping them reach their goals. Most of all I enjoy getting to know my clients, their support systems (family, kids) and helping with other health-related issues that arise. I'm well connected and have a great list of practitioners I frequently refer clients to for things that are outside my scope.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business so that I could have a larger reach in the community. I have a lot of experience in different demographics and great at problem-solving.
