What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people move towards their life purpose and get out of a "stuck" place in their lives. I love the time freedom that it allows.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Through my own personal journey and resultant growth, I have experienced decreased stress and anxiety, decreased procrastination, and decreased limited and negative thinking. This has allowed for increased clarity, improved self awareness, greater life flow and fulfillment and overall abundance. Getting through these moments not aware of how others are witnessing it, prompted others to organically reach out to me for help getting through difficult situations as well. I began sharing just offering my general knowledge and experience to help others and it just took off as people took note of their results and often referred me to other friends and family.

I have more than 30 year experience in Healthcare and 20 years in Holistic healthcare and Mindfulness Techniques. I work with clients to achieve physical and emotional wellness. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have an office space that allows for amble distancing. I offer and suggest the use of facemasks. Sanitizer is widely available and hand washing strongly encouraged. No handshaking at this time.
