Iam so glad I meet Hugo..I was in the gym doing my own session(my comfort zone session ) and my form was off...Hugo took the time from his own training session to come over and nicely show me the correct form...I have been going to the gym on and off for years and sometimes you think you are doing it right ...but thats not always the case... I decided that if iam going to take the time to go to the gym and train... well I better do it right! Otherwise its a waste of my time and potential for injures...Hugo gave me a training plan and a diet plan ...and the best of all makes me do a weekly progress check in ...pics and all ...there is no escaping them pics but I need that accountability, keeps me focused and I can see the small changes week by week...the diet was hard to begin with but quicky has become routine and I have more energy...control over what I eat and less bloating... you can't out train a bad diet and that is so true... that teemed with personal training session with Hugo twice a week where he pushes me ohh yes sometimes sweat and tears ...but always ends with a hi-five ... I could never push myself like that and i am fairly stubborn...If your stuck in a rut or want to start back to training I d highly recommend contacting Hugo... he is 100% commited to his clients he will always check in make sure your staying on plan and your doing ok.....sometimes you just need that push to push yourself...looking forward to 2020 thank you Hugo.
