Small group training
This is our most popular service. These groups and max 4 people to each session. Getting the same results as 1-1 training without the high price.
1-1 coaching
Normal 1 on 1 personal training. 3 sessions per week, weekly check ins and nutritional advice to hit the goals that have been set without any restrictive diets.
