Love working out with Teresa she puts me through my paces and I'm noticing muscles come through and that I am toning up no end. Other people are noticing too which really validates all her hard work. She really knows her stuff and if I have any movement queries about pain while moving patients in work (as I'm a nurse) she helps me to work it out. Truly a god sent in my life these days. More...

Teresa helped me get back to playing football after some long-standing calf/hip issues - involving a mix of mostly calisthenics and stretching. Teresa is very personable, and makes you feel at ease in the gym - she is really good fun too, but never at the expense of your goals. If you're not putting the effort in you will be told! The results have been really great for me, back playing football regularly, and feeling stronger then I have in quite a few years. More...

Teresa is one of those PTs who doesn’t make exercise feel scary or like a chore. She has been working on my squat technique over recent months, which has required a lot of thinking outside of the box to find the root cause of the problem. She even managed to assess that I had issues with the QL muscle in my lower back before my sports massage therapist spotted it. She has a vast knowledge on different exercises and techniques to get the best out of someone, and would definitely recommend her. More...

I help them make adjustments to their lifestyle - small changes over a period of time, this way the changes are more likely to stick in the long term and they can reach their goals and create new ones!

Consistency and time! I wish I could click my fingers and have it happen for you - but the reality is it takes structure and lifestyle changes to really create the body you want and be able to keep it.
The real secret is that you don't have to do it alone - my favorite part of the job is cheering my clients on and sharing in their success!

My clients! I love having a giggle while training (both in my sessions and theirs!) and it is SO important to be able to enjoy the workouts you do and have fun with it! I would hate not being able to spend my day with all these amazing people.

I was a huge nerd as a teenager and never exercised. I started working out when I was 25, and fell in love with it. So I got qualified, quit my desk job, and here I am! I want to share my passion for fitness with others - whether it's lifting weights, or being able to do a handstand.

I am exceptionally skilled at what I do. I put the time and effort into consistently researching new ideas and developments in the industry, so I'm always learning and able to find ways to get results.
However, my sessions are fun and lighthearted, and will push you hard and help you get the results you need. You wont even realize an hour has passed!

I can deliver sessions online on the Zoom platform. Over lockdown I have become adept at being able to deliver sessions this way, and can adjust your form with various cues to make sure you can complete the movements safely and effectively.

Delivering online zoom sessions, adapting the way I train and deliver my sessions, cleaning kit, and wearing masks (when requested). I am fully vaccinated and bolstered.
