Sometimes you need a little help, some perspective, and some practical tools to up your game of life. With coaching tailored to your needs and temperament, I’ll enable you to do your best thinking and nudge you along as you take steps towards feeling more positive about yourself and your contribution to the world. Step back, get clarity, and start living your best life. One small step can have a huge impact. I am approachable and non-judgy. Unconditional positive regard, encouragement and empathy underpin my work, as well as a good sense of humour! Perhaps you’d like to read what clients have to say either via my Bark reviews, comments through my website or via my google reviews. https://www.google.com/search?q=google+reviews+sally+bingham&oq=google+reviews+sally&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j69i59l2j69i64.11399j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#lrd=0x1dcc42d7d4e2b527:0xb8e851f0d0de1ea3,1,,, The ‘formal info’ (though in my view, for all the qualifications and courses completed; what matters most is the positive change I have seen in hundreds of people over the last decade) includes the following: • 2009: Completed an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Diploma in Practitioner Coaching • 2013: Master Career Coaching program • 2014: Accredited Enneagram* practitioner with Integrative 9, also ICF accredited. • I am a member of the ICF I started my career as a nurse and midwife and have a degree in psychology. Alongside the above, I have both completed and facilitated more courses than I can list as I have made my way across continents and careers. My experience includes navigating significant life changes, a varied career path leading teams in the for-profit and NPO sectors, in rural and urban settings, and coaching in diverse and sometimes complex systems. I share life with Graham and we have three offspring in their late twenties with whom we enjoy strong, honest, and grounded relationships. I understand the important and sometimes stretching and challenging work of building, maintaining, and navigating a family through transitions, multiple challenges, joys, and the in-betweens’. Ready to explore a little more about coaching with me? I'd love to hear from you via email or WhatsApp.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people thrive in relationships, work and in life. With my background in nursing and psychology as well as having navigated big changes myself, I am hugely committed to clients and love the transformation I see as well as the wonderful feedback from clients!

What inspired you to start your own business?

After studying coaching, I started my own coaching business to use the skills I had acquired...whilst also working in an NGO and running a catering business...and an airbnb. I rebranded in March 2020 and am loving the focus on helping people to regain balance, contentment and purpose in life.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am all-out invested in each and every client and with encouragement, a total belief in the ability for people to do things differently and my skills, you're going to improve your relating at home and work, find meaningful work if that is the issue you face and will be surprised at how much can change over a short period of time. A recent client said: Coaching with you is like a miracle!
PLUS: I offer a 45-minute complimentary session to see if we will work well together.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes. I coach via Zoom as well as googlemeet if this is preferred by the client.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am largely coaching remotely.

When I do coach in-person, I have hand sanitiser available, I coach in a room with double doors open for constant airflow and wear a mask.
