I would like to personally thank Rhett Seekins of Select Construction for coming to my rescue with a Real Estate deal that never could have happened had he and his team not stepped in and whole heartedly completed. The house was in need of over $30,000 in repairs that home owners insurance had paid claims on but the repairs were not complete...these repairs had to be completed or the new home owners would not have been able to get home owner’s insurance thus the home could have only been sold for about 66% of value to an investor! Select Construction to the rescue! They have financing that is 0% that enabled us to not only complete all mandatory repairs, but much more! This job required many different contractors from roof, to bathroom remodel, to complete kitchen remodel, handmade cabinets, granite, new sinks, faucets, flooring repair, lighting, and painting. These beautiful repairs also brought the house up an additional $38,000 from the original list price!
I have since continued to team up with Select Construction and we have gotten even more estimates and more homes to repair, remodel and sell together to happy and relieved home owners in the works!
