By carefully creating a training programme based on their goals and current fitness levels; I motivate all the way through by keeping in touch also during the days when we are not training together, and I review and change the sessions based on the progress made regularly, also asking the customer for regular feedback on how they feel they are doing. Hard work and a sensible approach to nutrition!
You simply cannot out-train a bad diet, so if an amazing body is your goal, that cannot be achieved only with exercise. Sad but true!
The good thing is, people have a really wrong understanding about healthy eating, and you don't just have to eat chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life to look amazing!
I have a strong passion for nutrition and have done wide research in the area because of my own interest in it, so I am always happy to give clients advice to improve their lifestyle and diet so that they can achieve their goals.

Becoming increasingly addicted to fitness after getting really into it after the birth of my first daughter.
I had lots of friends, or people from the gym, complimenting me about my shape (when I was over 35, and looking the fittest I had in my life) and asking for advice, so I realised I could turn my passion into a career and really make a difference.

I know how you feel, I know how hard it is to make time for one more thing in your busy schedule, I know how it is to be unmotivated and just want to sit with a cup of tea (or a beer ;) and watch Netflix, or to just have so much work to get done by a deadline that even sitting down and watching your favourite series is out of the question, let alone working out.
I am a working mum with 2 small children, 3 part-time jobs, a husband and no family help (all my relatives are in Italy), so I am here to show you that if I can find the time for this, anyone can.
And I will always be supportive because most of the time, I can relate to all of my clients's problems!
I started training people online during the second lockdown and was very dubious at first about the effectiveness of those sessions; in reality, they are just as effective, it's possible to correct form by carefully monitoring the exercises, I always do the whole session with the client to increase motivation and even with very limited equipment, I found these to work just as well as face to face. In fact, once the lockdown was over, some clients have preferred to remain online just because of how practical and time saving the sessions are (not wasting any time in traffic, being able to schedule a session in your bedroom, etc).
At the gym, we continue to sanitise any piece of equipment after use; during the height of the pandemic I was exclusively doing remote sessions.
