Once you have paid for the service you will get a 6 week program that can be a 3-6 days a week following the outcome of the online consultation (FaceTime, Teams etc).
With that, you will get weekly check ins, texts to see how the program is working for you. I can also provide movement videos that are in the program.
Following that, after the 6 weeks, we can review the cycle and goals and if you wanted to keep going with a new cycle then, we will go through the above again.
