All selected personnel will undergo pre-takeover training on the site procedure. All the selected personnel will receive initial training as per the job description. This may not be sufficient to cope with all situations and an ever-evolving organism. Tsireletso addresses this specific problem by compiling a list of potential problem areas and designing an on the job training program that is continuous in nature and effective in implementation.
